In the early summer of 16AW, Fisherman’s Horizon was under attack from a mysterious enemy.

Due to a previous skirmishes between the Galbadian Armed Forces and Balamb Garden operatives, the prisoners are taken to the D-District Prison for interrogation. Garden cannot wait any longer for them to return.
